    I have seen that in the Book of Dwarves, a d20 product (3.0), some special crafting methods can lower teh penalty.

    More monster at low levels (1-4), a slightly tougher one with an added monster of a lower CR in the middle levels (5-9), after that it depends greatly of the composition of the party but you can keep the combined tougher and lower.

    No, but you can move while you tumble and don't provoque AoO essentialy because you move and tumble at the same time.If you stand up in your square you are subject to AoO. I think it's in the FAQ of Wizards.

    As it is written: From Complete Divine: From Wild Feats (p. 79): "Unless otherwise noted, changing form with wild shape or activating a wild feat is a standard action." Lion's pounce and Boar's ferocity have a specific description (free action) for the others it's a standard action.

    I think it's the "normal" dog, if it was the war dog you'd have to use the riding dog stats.

    Maybe it's broken because BoVD isn't in 3.5, some weapon powers such as wounding are very dangerous and are only +2 equivalent.

    Good point I didn't thinked of :) I would say no AoO but roll a to hit because you don't want to be striked by the warrior, you roll vs his touch ac with a +4 from prone, an ac with -5 from 0 dext.

    I think it overrides the immunity, it seems in line with the power to create it: Dismiss Ectoplasm,which destroy ectoplasmic forms on a failed will save.
