Is it a mistake that the Blue Anemone Oil poison in Stormwrack has no DC?? Should there be one, and if so what should it be? It can't be automatic, can it? Wouldn't that skyrocket the price?

Do the rules specifically state the PC chooses which spell is lost from his/her highest level? I say the DM or PC rolls randomly, that way the PC doesn't get to choose a spell that he/she doesn't care about-- gives the enervation a little more fear factor, and eliminates a little bit of the PC...
