D&D General My Problem(s) With Halflings, and How To Create Engaging/Interesting Fantasy Races

I think Kobolds are to Lizardmen as bears are to beets, but that might just be me.

D&D General My Problem(s) With Halflings, and How To Create Engaging/Interesting Fantasy Races

Origin stories? Please! Are you saying that I can’t play a dwarf split between two gods? Or an amphibious elf with a hermaphroditic god? All of that is just religious fluff that any character of any race could write into their backstory. Sorry mate, not good enough! Face it, Lizardfolk are...

Dragoborn and Lizardfolk: why are dragonborn so cool and lizardfolk so lame? Why include lizardfolk (boring, bland, indistinguishable from dragonborn except for how lame they are) when you’ve already got dragonborn (objectively rad, lizardfolk dialed up to 11, better than lizardfolk in every...

The name is something like “Lord of Eastport”. Don’t know much about Manshoon; does that fit with your theory?

I think that Vampire is Sengir with “Ward — Discard a card”. Nifty.

Here’s an explanation I found on Reddit that helps clear it up: “It came about right at the start. Prodigal Sorcerer was nicknamed Timmy as a reference to Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Then, everything that dealt 1 damage on the tap had some variation. [[Rod of Ruin]] was Timmy on a Stick...

I don’t really play MTG anymore so I have a hard time evaluating cards: is this card good by modern standards? Either way, I think they nailed the flavour of the spell. Cannot be countered is a nice touch for an unerring missile.

Slot 62 could be Halaster, the Mad Mage though!

Because apparently there is an official table of all the cards in the set listed in alphabetical order with blank slots for the unrevealed cards, and the reveal of the mindflayer card eliminates the last remaining slot where a blue card starting with the letter M could go.
