What Are These D&D 5E Notes In Monte Cook Games' Numenera Shipments?

I would be willing to try out a Numenera/The Strange conversion for 5e in the vein of Adventures in Middle-Earth!!! I personally love The Strange, its one of my favourite settings/games. Edit: quoted wrong person sorry.

Yes, since they haven't yet, the announcement should be soon, I guess, but who knows what they are thinking or planning.

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

You are not necessarily wrong. It's all speculation, maybe focusing the two adventure books in water-themed APs is a bit of a stretch? Me personally. don't care much about the rules part, I care more about the themed adventures part. Rules, I can figure a way to do those, though an official...

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

Oh I have never played those, do you mean GA1-2? The Murky Deep and Swamplight? That could be nice, are they related or stand alone? I think there was a GA 3 as well. Edit to add; The only other i can think of is Evil Tide trilogy by Bruce Cordell, but haven't played that one either.

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

I agree Saltmarsh was written in a way that can easily be placed elsewhere if you wanted to. They will probably give you some tips in how to set it in other Campaign Settings as they did in TftYP. I do hope that if Saltmarsh is indeed included that they also include the Saltmarsh maps.

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

Oh, this is a very interesting piece of information. In an earlier post, I mentioned that the original U3 module included some kind of guidelines for underwater adventures but there were none for seafaring or navigating ships or other water vehicles. If you are correct and the big AP from...

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

At this point imo they can include conversions for U1 to U3, converted notes on Saltmarsh and include the Underwater and Navigation rules. All this would make a decent book with mini-setting, rules and adventures (maybe new monsters). They can also include the Kraken and "Falling Star" ship (the...

Pages From The Upcoming Nautical D&D Book!

I think is worth noting that at least the U3 booklet included some rules for underwater adventuring in the introduction in page 12. As far as I know there is no mention of rules for underwater adventures in U1 or U2. Maybe rules is not the right word lets call it guidance.

It was numbered sequentially. I think the pages from the preview havnt been merge yet with the rest of the chapters in the full book hence the numbering or the chapter was extracted and has its own numbering.

So the events in the first image are on the page 22 and 23 in the original, the wording has been updated and it seems they have renamed and updated some stufff. Second page stuff is on page 33 in the original. Some of the wording has been updated. In the first page a room was renamed from...
