Which subclasses did you convert for A5e? Level Up has Synergy Feat Chains for anyone who wants to multiclass between two classes. They're sort of like Level Up's take on a Prestige class. Ex. The Bladechanter Synergy Feat Prerequisite 3 levels in fighter, 3 levels in wizard, Fighting Style...
