This pic is also on the Forgotten Realms wiki, so it's hard to say if it is the actual picture of Sardior.

D&D General Eastern Dragons in 5e

Ryoko's Guide to the Yokai Realms has a dimorphic race known as the Tatsumi who start out resembling anthropomorphic Koi (the Nishikin) and can undergo a transformation into a Dragonborn-like race (the Ryujin). Here's an excerpt from the book: Whereas some races display obvious sexual...

D&D's The Book of Dragons Comes Out in August

I also came across this pic earlier today. I found it on the Forgotten Realms Wiki. There is another picture of Sardior there as well. Just click on the 1e and 2e picture links. The above pic is the 2e image of Saridor. https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Sardior

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

Nothing wrong with that, our players live in the 5e multiverse. ;)

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

Yeah. I would love to use one of Laser Llama's classes with DDB's online character sheets. The latter are much better than the fillable character sheet PDFs I've used before. I really want to try out his take on the Ranger class someday. Ditto for his Magus.

    The Enterprise through the ages

It would have been neat if there was a Star Trek series that covered the Enterprise F and her Andorian captain. A book or TV series would have sufficed.

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

It's cool. The character creation process is something of a journey in itself. You start with a concept for your character and then flesh them out by making certain choices. Agreed. Now which version of the Ranger is considered unnecessary by some? Every version of the class has its' respective...

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

Ah. :) I see the journey being the way a character is played in an adventure from start to finish. Completing an adventure is the destination. :) An adventure in D&D is full of twists and turns in the form of a main quest and one or more side quests. You can either stick to the fast and direct...

D&D 5E (2014) Convince me that the Ranger is a necessary Class.

How exactly are you benefitting from the shorter path then? And why do you assume that the destination is more important than the journey?

D&D General Eastern Dragons in 5e

A rival RPG company that came out with a 3e-adjacent RPG to 3.0/3.5 D&D.

D&D General Eastern Dragons in 5e

Compared to PF1, 5e doesn't have that many. The former has 7 different groups of dragons (chromatic, metallic, imperial, primal, planar, outer and esoteric). 35 true dragons in all.

Only if it is the first time you have taken such a route by yourself. The first time is when you are likely to get lost because you are trying to understand the directions, of which there could be a lot of them that need to be followed. But the more times you take that route, the better you...
