Diamond Distributors Asks Bankruptcy Court For Ownership of Publishers' Consignment Inventory [UPDATED]

Looks like the last payroll was met, so they are clear in this case. Otherwise, generally screwed is the usual outcome.

True. My chief recruiter for my last decade in F2F was a store manager. Now that I game online, the vast majority of my players are middle management the tech industry.

Diamond Distributors Asks Bankruptcy Court For Ownership of Publishers' Consignment Inventory [UPDATED]

Exactly. Its going to boil down to how the court splits proceeds of the sale of assets. Lending institutions, with their in-house legal staff, will be at the head of the line. But no one is going to walk away whole from this; the only question is what percentage of loss you take after paying...

Diamond Distributors Asks Bankruptcy Court For Ownership of Publishers' Consignment Inventory [UPDATED]

Its not a matter of opinion. Its unlikely the judge will release the inventory, but if if he does, the logistics of physical recovery plus the legal fees will make the outcome problematical. Its a lot more likely the inventory is simply liquidated and the funds doled out among the creditors...

Read the thread. The status of consignment goods has been covered in detail several times by several different people.

    Free League Year Zero Engine

Its the same as countless other systems. Whether you call it a fast & slow action, or a complex & simple action, or Movement/Action/bonus Action/reaction, etc, its all the same. Every combat round is the same for everyone, forver. Tedious in the extreme. There's zero room for player input; its...
