Its useful, but only three times a day which kind of sucks concidering its not in the spirt of what a warlock does. But the tfw is useless for a warlock unless you take the wand version from Complte Arcane that lets you use the spell in the wand if you hit the person with the wand its self...

From my prespective, After Raw it should really be the Dm's choice if something should be changed. The FAQ/Errata has done nothing but cause players to agrue with the dms thinking that the new rules bandaids any bruises the orginal rule made, and because its fixed, the Dm should not Hoiuse rule...

To some this would make sence, however bluffing is more then using words to fool your enemy, you are also using body language which enables you to bluff creatures and monsters that can normaly be bluffed. You cant use Diplomacy to say "I'll give you meat if you dont attack me" or Bluff to say...
