I am going to drop from the game. If I understand correctly, the game is going for that 'Buffy' feel, and I have no interest in that.

Does this seem like a reasonable modification to the rules for casting defensively? When casting defensively a spellcaster adds +2 to the Concentration DC for each enemy that threatens the square that the spellcaster occupies.
