I find a small three ring binder works remarkably well for keeping all the errata in one place. Then you can simply use a highlighter in the original book to remind you that there is errata in the errata binder. I am wondering what madness overcame you to want to do this? :)

Yes the creature can shift. Slowed = your maximum speed is 2. (this answer is right) If you had a power that says you can shift 6, you can only shift 2. (this answer is wrong) The only thing slowed does not affect is forced movement. (This answer is right)
