PrC Entries - Sample NPCs, yes or no?

My consensus is that PrCs need to be "gone" in 4e, along with 7 of the 11 "base" classes. So I voted "Don't Care".

Could this be the future format of 4th Edition D&D?

Like the Fantastic Locations series? :D

Could this be the future format of 4th Edition D&D?

Something Else I voted "Something Else". This sounds fun. Just don't call it D&D.

If you could be only one level...which would it be?

I voted 7th for 4th level spell access for casters, but like 8th as well. I guess if I could change my vote I would say 8th so that sorcerers could be included in that, and everyone would have received their second stat increase to allow it to make a difference if both are applied to primary stat.

    GenCon idea

I voted no. However, the only thing that should matter to you is whether enough people say yes to justify doing it.

The Frenzied Berserker: I'm Just Curious

Missing option. Never used. Never met.

City Survivor - round 10! (Final Three)

For me, that is the beauty of Greyhawk. I have not had to "unlearn" my players anything about the city since 1983, because the developers / designers / autocrats have not over-detailed sections of the city that I already detailed on my own. I don't have to segment player knowledge from PC...

City Survivor - round 10! (Final Three)

Looks like farewell to Greyhawk, but my vote went to Sigil.

Have You Ever Given 0 XP, or Taken XP Away?

My last game was no-experience at all. The PCs leveled up when my story arc was ready. But I voted for both of the first two possibilities. I have had sessions in which none was earned by the PCs, and I have had sessions in which the actions of the party were not worth the standard...

    City Survivor - round 9!

Why would it? Cant has nothing to do with Greyhawk.

    City Survivor - round 9!

Iodized salt. Iodine makes anything work better.

    City Survivor - round 9!

Greyhawk is my favorite city, and has been since I found it in 1983. Freeport is my favorite third-party city ever. I am glad both of these are still in the running. (Bluffside is my second favorite third-party city, but it was never on the list.)

2006 WotC D&D Product Survivor - Round 14 (Final Five)

I voted Complete Mage. Redundant Book.

    City Survivor - round 5!

Glantri. Bad name. No current references. No current production support. No living world. Then comes Lankhmar. Great for the books. Poor for the game.

What game best captures "D&D" for you?

I have played D&D since 1978. Each new edition has changed D&D for me, yet kept it definitively D&D. I have loved and enjoyed each edition (although there are always stinker supplements involved with each). When 4e comes out, I suspect it too will "be D&D" for me, and truly define what it is...

    2006 WotC D&D Product Survivor - Round 7

Still voting for Secrets of Xend'rick. It was released too early, giving too much detail about a place the Eberron campaign setting explicitly stated was just that - secret. As for ther Fantastic Locations, I don't get what folks don't like about these. I find them very useful as foundations...

    City Survivor - Round 3!

    Today, Barovia. Tomorrow, Waterdeep.

    2006 WotC D&D Product Survivor - Round 5

I've Got a Secret I voted for Secrets of Xendrick only because I think the supplement was released too early. The world of Eberron has barely been played over, and releasing a sourcebook that gives the secrets of a place we are not supposed to know much about just isn't necessary. Eberron is...

    2006 WotC D&D Product Survivor - Round 3

Still voting for D&D Basic Game for the same reasons as last thread. If you like it, you have to buy the PHB anyway. If you don't like it, you can't find anyone to buy yours from you.

    2006 WotC D&D Product Survivor - Round 2

I voted Basic Game. Too many people come onto the WotC Boards asking questions about D&D and the Basic Game (usually "now what?") when for the same price they could have purchased a Player's Handbook and been good to go. The best thing about the Basic Game is that you get a set of dice and a...
