    I have to agree with griff... but more because there are rules to make items "different" then they normally are for the purpose of giving monster pcs items (such as armor for dragons), so unless he got some specially crafted horse armor to put on after he polymorphed I don't think his would work

    CR of non-monster NPCs and enemies

    Yeah, I really dislike the 1npc vs the party setup. I'd rather have like.. a lvl 8 wizard and 2-3 lvl 4-5 minions vs the party. Makes things a bit more challenging, and they actually have to use some sort of combat tactics instead of just pummel the poor guy and keep him down the whole fight.

    Yeah, I remember we had the longest discussion when we first started about if natual armor stacked with AoNA... "It's still natural armor" "No, its magical natural armor" "but natural nontheless" etc... good times...

    Well, more than likely the person with the 7 int HOPEFULLY won't be making the party decisions, so you could just sit back, play the comic relief, and hack and slash your way to the bloodied pile of corpses you crave :)

    To take this a bit farther, what are the specs on the feat? I mean couldn't the caster just take a 5' step and its no longer next to the person, or is it within X feet of the PC w/ the feat or what?

    Nod, that pretty much covers everything I would know to say. Just check out the templates to see what goes on. Unless he was pulling out some major necromantic stuff - I'm sure there's an upper level spell somewhere that allows a "resurrect" so you get all your stuff back, your just... undead....

    Oh, crap, I'm sorry... your right, the Amulet of nat health is not added, my stats should be as follows: Str - 15 (+2) Dex - 22 (+6) Con - 20 (+5) Int - 14 (+2) Wis/Cha - 10 (+0) scores include eq, level points, and some point from reading a tome, but i don't remember what it was... sorry...

    My guess would be yes, but no. Yes it it applicable but not stackable. So you take the higher of the two numbers, therefore the +2 > +1mw.

    As for golems, in Quintessential Rogue, there is a feat (I believe called Splintering Strike) that allows you to sneak attack golems....and gain +2d6 damage to them with a sneak attack. so said 13th level rogue will have +7d6 vs everyone else, +9d6 vs golems. I could be wrong on the extra...
