A quick search in the Compendium seems to indicate that there are no Reliable Encounter powers. It may be a design principle they are unwilling to violate here. Cheers, Roger

It's a nice article all around. And thanks for the clarification on how Savage Bite is supposed to work. In my own campaign, I'd make the minor house ruling to allow a druid to take Blood Drain as a Beast Form attack (and let him ditch most of the vampire fluff if he wanted.) Cheers, Roger
