Hey, you can go the other way too... instead of level draining (ie: penalising your PCs) have the undead GAIN abilities instead. Equally as scary without the loss.... just a suggestion. ciaran

My game has a significant number of names/places/facts. We finally set up a collaborative system that pools this information together. The thing is, good names are hard to come by/come up with so I only name the people that matter. Unlike the real world, it sucks to have two "Sebastians" and so...

The 2e definition of CN is a legitimate behaviour-type. Whether or not players can accurately portray such a character is up to the DM (I as a DM restrict CN and CE on a general basis because most players cannot accurately play them... ie... they would have to be prepared to be killed for doing...
