    I like it as something without material components and without a long casting time: the druid plucks the berries and they become blessed. Or, for the sake of making the power useful somewhere other than a berry patch, takes them from a satchel as the power says.

    Maybe. If you use the shapes suggested in your graphic, you basically have to use templates in order to be reasonably speedy. The "everything is square" abstraction makes it incredibly fast to just eyeball everything.

    You can do straight walls with hexes just fine. You just have to remember that the people building the walls didn't have the benefit of a grid to align things with.

    But the ability doesn't count against your regular movement — you move instantly. (By definition, all teleport powers work this way.) I'd rule that if you have a move action available, you can subtract up to 25 feet from the distance of your fall.

    I'm not conviced that this should be done entirely with feats. A few more channel divinity feats would be good (at least one more heroic feat for each deity, plus one each for the other tiers as well), but beyond that, I'd like to see a broad selection of powers tied to specific domain-like...

    Not by default it doesn't. It's much more restrained. However, I think allowing a whole-class switch has a place in many long-running games, so I made some quick but hopefully well-considered rules for it.
