    Non-OGL Monsters

Something *else* I think I implied but forgot to explicitly mention is that that list only covers the 3.5 Monster Manual. I hope that's what you were asking for in the first place. :) My favorite online SRD (good for many things other than double-checking MM/XPsiH/ELH monster availability) is...

    Non-OGL Monsters

Add mind flayers/illithids and carrion crawlers to the list. EDIT: Found the following list on Paizo's messageboard posted by James Jacobs, Pathfinder editor-in-chief (so presumably he knows whereof he speaks): FURTHER EDIT: As far as "D&D" monsters, which I take to mean "published by WOTC"...

    WotBS [WotBS] Complete Campaign PDF?

Keeping in mind, of course, that such a thing would be a download exceeding 100 MB in size, in all likelihood.

WotBS WotBS - Three possible endings question

It means that plot-wise, you can choose the order in which you play adventures 10, 11, and 12 (which together form a nice "final trilogy" whatever order they're played in).

    Dark Pyre Template

Though if you want to cobble together a Dark Pyre template, I recommend comparing the Dark Pyre bulette to the stock MM bulette, and, as the saying goes, "season to taste." (Make sure Hit Dice increase to d12s, as normal for an acquired template that makes a critter undead.)

    Is this the correct place?

This is certainly the right place! Magic circle against chaos references magic circle against evil which in turn references protection from evil. Protection from evil says, in part: (Emphasis added.) So Boreus and anyone else he targets with magic circle against chaos should be protected from...

Not forgetting old powers, anyone tried it?

I would start out by instituting a limit on the number of Encounter powers usable per encounter and the number of Daily powers usable per day equal to what the characters are *supposed* to have by the RAW. Apart from that, the only problem I see is that everything will take more time as players...

Selling a new PDF on Enworld

TTBOMK, if you remove the d20 logo, you have an OGL product. IIRC, the d20STL imposed restrictions on what you could put in your product in return for your ability to use the d20 logo, but I don't think it allowed things that aren't allowed by the OGL. Hopefully someone can confirm this for you.

    WotBS Psionics in WOTBS

With "psionics different," my first impulse would be to say that you're going to have retool quite a few of the encounters. None of the encounters are set up with psionic characters in mind; they're all meant to challenge parties wielding magic. I'd make sure you had at least one encounter per...

    Layout and Fonts

Composing text in a word processor, then porting it over to a layout program is, AFAICT, pretty much the industry-standard way of doing things. For my money, this is because, historically, word processors are poor layout tools and layout programs are poor word processing tools. Hopefully you...

    Layout and Fonts

On the other topic, technically, anything you can get a PDF out of will "work" for e-publishing. As to how well it'll work, well..... InDesign is king in the field for a reason, let's put it that way. Lots of spiffy features. I've never worked with Scribus, but I'm biased enough to think it's...

    Layout and Fonts

TTBOMK, none of the fonts you're likely to have already installed in Windows come with this "pay more if you use it in a PDF" restriction. I've never even heard of such a thing until now. Can I ask which company is charging this price? [EDIT] For example, here is Adobe's condition for...

    Layout and Fonts

Word processor: Microsoft Word 2002/3 Page layout: Adobe InDesign CS2 (PDF processing in Adobe Acrobat/Distiller) (If you're looking for free alternatives, I understand OpenOffice.org and Scribus, respectively, are peachy.) Fonts: I don't use fonts that tell me I must pay extra for e-book...

War of the Burning Sky: HC & 4e?

If it helps any, I have a sneaking suspicion the hardback will turn out prettier. There are a lot more places to use color, for one thing....
