It's a fair point...time will tell. One curious thing: for all the Subclasses tested...we haven't seen any Druids yet?

Seems to me the point of giving a choice of those two Spells, in particular, is to allow Wood Elves and High Elves to be even Elfier if they choose this Subclass, which was originally a Prestige Class based on the older D&D Elf Gish.

Decent possibility...but they are being obscure about theor plans, and it could be multiple possibilities. Seems a bit late for the Forgotten Realms book or whatever is in October, but not impossible. Have the Necromancer and Transmuter in Ravenloft, the others in the FR...? Mayne something else...
