The Suicide Squad (Spoilers after OP)

I mean…. The movie set out to do a job and did it. Didn’t take itself too seriously, which I think was something missing from the previous version. I enjoyed its

Firefly Reconsidered: Why Firefly Isn't "Hall of Fame" Great

Serenity does a better job telling the Firefly story in the first 15 minutes than Firefly did.

D&D 5E (2014) What is the best class for a single class only campaign?

The best class is the one most fitting the scenario. Traveling band? Bards. Elite strike force? Fighters or rogues Magic academy? Wizards etc. Best relies not on stat blocks but with fit.

D&D General WotC: Novels & Non-5E Lore Are Officially Not Canon

Rules FAQ How Does Stealth Work in D&D 5E?

The biggest issue with the stealth rules is the presumption that they must be rolled and some condition determined whenever someone wants to be sneaky. Half the time my players want to ‘sneak up’ somewhere I simply let them. The stealth check comes in when and if someone might encounter them...

D&D General WotC: Novels & Non-5E Lore Are Officially Not Canon

If I were so attached to FR “Canon” that it made me this upset… I’d see a therapist.

D&D General WotC: Novels & Non-5E Lore Are Officially Not Canon

D&D General Do players REALLY care about the game world?

Mine seem to care about the elements of the game world that touch their characters. The priest is worried about the growing fervor of his church. The warrior is traumatized by being mind controlled. The rogue is looking for clues to his psychic abilities. The wizard hates his brother and the...
