Not going to lie, I was pretty tempted, but I didn't have a big reason to besides "2e's DNA does continue into 5e" and "it'd be a system I'd maybe want to play if THAC0 was replace" (I do understand how it works, but it's still a confusing calculation for me).

Kobold, Lizardborn and Dragonborn are my favourites. All so different, all so interesting to play against other races, and all with fascinating lore (with two having GREAT interaction potential with dragons).

I didn't notice but I find it fascinating they didn't put "Exandria" or "Wildemount" as a setting there, despite being an official published setting for 5e. I feel that will be filled a lot in 'Other'. For races I selected Lizardborn, Kobold and Dragonborn. Because scales are great.
