Do Darkvision and Low-light vision stack?

Yes. If there is no light, the creature uses darkvision (fixed range, b/w only). In dim lighting conditions, the creature uses low-light vision.

    Which Feat for this Tiefling?

Iron Will is good. And it helps you to qualify for Holy Liberator. Your low Con suggests to stay out of melee. If continue using daggers/darts, consider Point Blank Shot, Far Shot, Quick Draw and Precise Shot. And Rapid Shot. What about some Fighter levels?

Need some clarification on Scribe Scroll

Remember, PCs sell items at half market price (PHB, page 96). And it costs half market price to create, for example a scroll, in the first place. See, no money-making possible.

Does anyone have informations about a Cambion?

    Range Touch Attacks

"Ranged touch spells" produce some effects, which use the rules for ranged touch attacks. For example, Disintegrate produces a "green ray". No way to hold a charge. Same for Melf's Acid Arrow, Enervation and many others.

    Bonus for low strength?

I agree. Many 4th level spells are more powerful. Divine Power is very poor worded. Why not simply say: As Aid, except you attack as if wielding a speed weapon. Additionally, you gain a +2 enhancement bonus to Strength for every six caster levels you have.

    Bonus for low strength?

Three more reasons to ban this spell completely, as I did. BTW, I think this interpretation is correct. You were sarcastic, right? IMO, this spell bends to many rules. And smells awful like old D&D rules.

    Good feats for reach weapons

Quick draw is very useful - but Weapon Focus/Specialization is better. You could use Heward's Handy Haversack instead, or wait for 6th level. Power Attack and Sunder are very nice, too.

Yes. Make your own *.lst and *.pcc files. Yes. Right-click an item and choose "Customize...".

    Surprise and Ghostly horseman

The PCs are surprised, if they don't succeed at a Spot check (vs. the ghost's Hide check), at least IMO. Listen doesn't work. According to the DMG, the Ready action can't be used outside of combat. The PCs can't ready any actions. Since noone can ready this particular action, this scenario...

    Dragons with Cleric spells

Quote from the SRD: A Blue, Red, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Gold or Silver Dragon can choose his known spells from the Sorcerer, the Cleric and his Domain Spell lists. He doesn't gain domain powers or domain spell slots.

    Sneak Attack and Invisibility

Quote from the PHB, page 47: Quote from the PHB, page 133: Your DM's ruling was perfectly correct. BTW, this makes the Smoking (+1) weapon special ability (Lords of Darkness) quite powerful.

    Beholder (and others) eye rays

There are no rules on metamagicking spell-like abilities. How would a beholder spend a higher level spell slot for a Eye Ray? Even a zero-level-increase Metamagic like Energy Substitution is not possible, except for the DM by altering the monster, or creating very limited feats.

    [B.A.D.D.] Dragon Spell List Feedback

What about Limited Wish (level 7), Disintegrate (level 6), Hold Monster (level 5) and Charm Monster (level 4)? For non-core spells, what about Simbul's Spell Sequencer (level 7) or Simbul's Spell Trigger (level 9)? Seems like the Dragon need a couple of Extra Spell Feats... [Edit: Added more...

Shouldn't Miracle have an XP component?

Inspired by the excellent [B.A.D.D.] Dragon Spell List Feedback thread, I wondered again about Miracle. Shouldn't have this spell the same XP cost (5,000 XP) as Wish? IMC, it has.

Mind Blank defeats the effect of a True Strike?

Remember, [i]True Strike[I] has no target. It doesn't operate per target, it operates on the caster.

    Non Adventuring Magic Items

Actually, in Song and Silence was an example of a "sickbed", which casts Endurance on anyone who lies down on it. It was priced like ...a trap. Your smelter seems quite similar (location-trigger, automatic-reset).

    Disarming traps, the dumbest thing

This isn't metagaming. Every character loves to live. If he can open the treasure chest later with higher survivability, he would drag it away home and open it there. If he can drag it. If he is sure, not to find any important things (notes, keys) in it. If a character presumes to find...
