I agree with the others: It is always AT or ABOVE the check or saving throw number. That is the number you need in order to SUCCEED at what you are trying to do.

As per RAW how I read Superstition, any and all spells or spell-like abilities need a saving throw (even helpful ones or domain abilities). Read ToG again here, it is a spell-like ability and it within the RAW as per superstition as giving the barbarian a saving throw against it. Now with that...

I actually suggest that you take the question over to the Paizo forums as there are a lot of guys/gals on there that are very well versed in PF and the 3PP stuff. I bet they give you the answer you want in less than a day.

I'd either convert the characters over to PF or have them all roll new characters and vote to determine which rule-set to use. I just think converting back to the 3.5/PF rules would be easier than trying to convert the 3.5/PF over to the 4E stuff especially with those gunslingers.
