It's not completely out of the question or it to be 1[W]. There are several other powers that are Immediate Interrupts like this one which only do 1[W], including other high level ones.

With the information that is out now, they do not count as marks, and you can have all 3 on a single target. However, it's not always advantageous to do so.

Well, let's not forget that there's nothing saying that the marked foe HAS to attack the fighter. They can still attack someone else at -2, which isn't so bad. It's not like having the holy bug zapper come after you with the paladin challenge.

Or maybe, just maybe, the Eladrin teleport requires line of sight to the destination, or some other restriction that would prevent just bamfing through a wall. We just don't know yet. Hopefully someone who gets another chance to peek into the PHB will be able to look up that particular racial...

I was disappointed by this as well. They did a good job of explaining everything else in the statblock, and left that off. Sure would be nice if someone from WotC would pop in and clarify it for us once and for all. :D

The Half-Elf Cleric ended up with 2 powers from other classes - a Paladin attack and the Warlock's Eye Bite...probably should be one or the other.
