Just a counter argument, but that could mean (and I think it does) all enemies marked, regardless of who marked them. But we don't know at this point. I suspect they won't change their tune on one mark only per character, though.

I hope that means finally going back and putting the past few issues into PDF....

Not likely, considering the street dates listed and the turnaround time for printing, especially with the "deluxe" features, which I'd guess would add to printing time (or more accurately "production" time?)

IIRC, the Character Builder is the tool for creating the actual character stats and sheet, and the Character Visualizer is the tool for 3d modelling.

I just downloaded this update and unzipped it into my MSE Data directory, along with the style update a couple of posts later, but when I try to make cards, I can't get the colors to change - I've clicked everywhere I can think of to right click, and there's no options at all...am I missing...

This. It does seem like a lot of people are still in the 3.x mindset regarding Feats, and these 2 points are key in clarifying the difference. Well stated, IMHO.

Maybe because there is only so much space available in the books? Somewhere along the line, you're going to anger someone with what you included and what you left out - you can't please everyone. Have they made some choices on included vs. left out stuff that you don't agree with? Sure. Does...

All that being said, I can see how someone could have an issue with shooting two arrows at the same time only being a daily. It doesn't fit as "nicely" in the fine examples given above. I personally don't have a problem with it, but it might fit better as an encounter power.
