I bought a bunch of boosters then I bought a case, then I got fed up and quit WotDQ. I think I pulled two mountain trolls from that case or two fire elementals, so the case distribution wasn't bad, but I got screwed on the boosters.

Case by Case basis. In general, I allow anything from my 'Core Books' which includes the 3.5 Core Books, PHB2, and the Expanded Psionics book. No one plays a manifester so broken powers don't really affect me. Everything else, I look it over first.

Oh yeah, a mountain troll is nice when you have 2 or 3. They're handy... but when 1/4 of the booster packs you get are fricken mountain trolls and the other 1/3 are fire elementals?! I don't use them THAT much. I had a much better experience with Giants of Legend distribution. WotDG soured me.
