If you're looking for more published Eberron stuff, try the Shards of Eberron three part series in the pages of Dungeon (Issues 123-125, I believe). They seem pretty generic for my tastes, but they are for a 7th level party and the second one takes place in Xen'Drik.

There's supposed to be a sidebar written by Keith Baker for the adventure on how to use it in Eberron (as well as one by Eric Boyd for FR), but I think they ran out of room in the issue, so they'll offer it as a web enhancement, maybe...

Besides Dungeon & Dragon I also read Worlds of Cthulhu ...but only about twice a year ;)
