Bow of true arrows - to good to be true

The bow of true arrows in the sword and fist book seems like a heck of a good deal for 4000gp. What am I missing? What's the down side to this?

    Fighter/Rogue PrC

I am playing a 6th level Elven Rogue. She will be multi-classing with fighter. She is deadly with her MC shortbow. Are there any PrC's that would compliment her rogue qualities but still be able to let her lay the smack down?

    buckler question

At this point don't you always have to use the Greatsword 2 handed? At level 3 I intend to take the monkey grip feat then I will take a shield.

    buckler question

I am creating a 1st level fighter. I want a greatsword, since I have to use both hands I can't take a regular shield. Can I still take a buckler? There isn't any mention in the description about use with a 2 handed weapon, just 2 weapons.

    Cost to upgrade magical armor...

I see things a bit different. I see it as you are applying in this case the Shadow ability to a +1 set of Armor. 1000 + 1000 + the cost to do it. The way it is explained above to me would be adding shadow to +2 armor. It's not a +2 set of armor it's a +1 with a enhancement.
