I actually went and counted how many damaging vs non-damaging spells a wizard would have each day. Its pretty consistently ~50%. If you decide to not count the cantrips (which seem to have been given to you specifically to bring your total up to 50%), then you start at 0% and end with 33%...

While I can see your wanting to restrict people from changing armor between each fight, but shouldn't a wizard be able to use more than one (two if you count each hand) wand a day? To the OP: Just give out more milestones? This has the side benefit/detriment of giving more Action Points also.

Probably more likely than someone being able to draw a sword, the run 30 feet from a standing start, then charge another 30 feet ending it with a basic swing of his sword... then still being able to defend himself as normal. Which is a pretty standard round in DnD.

Why would the caster be able to push the creature towards the ground? Since the movement has to be away from the caster, then the forced movement should push the flyer upwards 1 square for every 2 squares it is pushed horizontally.
