I think that is very good. It feels on a par with the revealed classes thus far. I think that it feels balanced. Only thing I would say is that the creatures should roll their own attack roll against themselves for paradox and not be an automatic hit.

The half-elf Pregen is actually a Warlock. Simple mistake especially as the Half-Elf does have a Wizard Power.

The Arcane Brute bonus to the Blade of Blood is too powerful. Healing surges heal 1/4 your max HP. So you are looking at a HUGE increase in damage when you get into higher levels. This really needs to be changed.

I like the take away healing surges instead of stun - it would be an attack against fortitude as well. Maybe limit the minor action bonus to at will while at heroic - encounter while at paragon and daily when you get to epic. Also the damage would be against fortitude.
