    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

Could you be more specific? Are the limited amount of interactable scenarios an issue? What would be a preferable alternative? Trying to gauge what I need to specifically tweak. As for discord, I am not opposed, but I prefer PbP

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

It seems to Grim as if it is telepathy. Not sure about telepathy being irresistible. I figured Grim - based on her history- would instinctively resist any type of mental connection instead of assuming it was harmless.

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

Need some feedback- maybe it’s just me but things seem to have stalled. Any suggestions on how to move it along?

Some more detail: They are all facing him, so it strikes as more threatening than protective.

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

Kachilk'cha approached a scene of unutterable horror. A towering pyre cast flickering shadows over a morbid tableau—the intertwined forms of human and orc bodies, united not entirely in death - as she could make out a few survivors. The remains bore the cruel mark of what she now understood was...

can you please repost and update Orris’s abilities here - he is using abilities that I do not see here. Abilities Speed: 35 feet Size: Medium Lay on Hands: 25/25 (Pool of healing energy) Rapier: 1d8+2 (Melee weapon attack) Spell Save DC: 15 (Spell save difficulty class

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

As Orris continued to levitate upwards, his vantage point provided a haunting view of the city in ruin. The flames that consumed the buildings below cast eerie, dancing shadows on the crumbling facades. Smoke billowed into the reddened sky, obscuring the once-familiar landmarks and giving the...

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

I edited the previous post, and will post to address divine sense and will put another response as Orris levitates even further up

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

Glass shards fly in all directions, their dangerous potential mitigated by some unknown force, or perhaps dumb luck, as no one is harmed in the aftermath. For a fleeting moment, the shards intermingle with the fiery inferno, their glimmering reflections adding an eerie yet captivating...

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

The voice of reason approaches confidently but non-threateningly. Grim's acute senses and killer instinct do not suspect an ambush. Interestingly, Grim feels a tingling in the back of her head, and a presence attempting to enter her mind to ...communicate. It doesn't feel forceful and intrusive...

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

Thank you for clarifying that, and I appreciate you being accommodating enough to consider bending the rules for me- but we don't have to- I'd prefer to play most things by the book. My understanding of 5e mechanics and nuances is shaky, so this is a learning process for me. I'll read back...

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

The two strangers turn their attention toward Grim, their expressions shifting between suspicion and consideration. The manic individual narrows his eyes, his grip on the makeshift weapon showing no sign of loosening. The voice of reason regards Grim with a more measured gaze, seemingly weighing...

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

I don't think the Window provides total cover. We are not in combat (at least, not yet), so feel free to use it as an object interaction. One thing to clarify about divine sense is that it tells the user whether there are fiends/undead/celestials in a 60 foot radius, but it does not pinpoint...

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

This is one of the most powerful premonitions that Orris has ever had. There are definitely fiends/undead around him, though it’s hard to say whether specifically the man in front of him is.

    (IC) PLANESCAPE: Intrigue

As Izek emerged from the alcove, his heart pounding in his chest, he found himself confronted by two unsettling humanswho seemed to be at the center of the fiery chaos. The first figure, a man with wild, unkempt black hair and a feverish gleam in his eyes, appeared utterly manic and consumed by...

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

The Will saves are for noticing something about the man who is on the 2nd story. Will explain what the characters see based on their roll. Yes, I want your character to roll one too, even though he's running out and not really paying attention to the man

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

Waiting on Grim and Kachil'kcha to write attempted actions or dialogue. I'll post the response to the will saves after

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

DammitVictor, thanks for asking - but you don't need to- we can keep 16. Would you be okay posting the rolls on this thread?

    (OOC) Planescape: Intrigue

Yes, let's do an online dice roller, truly open to any ones. Really no such thing as "failing" a roll, as it just forks the story in different ways. TaranTheWander - so sorry - yes, I have to go back and re-read a bit of 5e mechanics, I mistakenly thought Will saves from 3.5e were gone.
