Once a creature dies it becomes a corpse. Corpses don't have Con scores so there is nothing for the Amulet to affect.

I believe all of those attacks would actually be 1 point higher due to you having a higher BAB (+3) than the Leopard (+2).

So, then, assuming that HPs don't change when poly'd or Wildshaped, what happens when you take Con damage? Do we now actually have two Con scores? One for HPs (our "normal" retained score) and one for Saves (our "new" score)? How elegant.
