This had only been hinted at in the show up until now, but this last episode showed it very explicitly, with Liandrin's group getting conflicting orders from Lanfear, Rahvin, and Moghedien, with the Black Ajah sisters (spectacularly unsuccessfully) trying to play the Forsaken off of each other.
