    Help Locating a Feat

No me hearty. Th' kiss o' th' nymph gives yer character only 1 skill point a level, but the scallywag also be gettin' a savin' throw bonus 'gaist spells and spell like abilities, and a bonus to charisma checks when dealin with them landlubber fey!! That be as best I kin recall, them jugs o...

    Grappling and Multiple Attacks

But then we're letting the dragon act like he gets to use all his natural attacks in a grapple. Effectively, that's saying "the dragon gets to use his bite and 2 claws in the grapple, he used the bite, now he gets the claws" which does not jibe with the the MM. I guess I'd have to rule it like...

    The Nature of "Lawful"

Yes, but a lawful character tries to use the established hierarchy first. I think lawfulness implies a belief that humans generally need to be organized, and need laws for soceity to function. So a lawful character has some fundamental respect for the concept of law. I think, especially in...

What was your first D&D session like?

7 years ago. I was 17 and had just moved. A bunch of my new friends invited me to play. I started out with a wizard. As I recall, my first adventure ended with us meeting Reorx, some dwarven god. My character got upset at something he said, and used 'cantrip' to attempt to give a god jock...

    Anyone have this

KoDT had a similar one in which the players attempted to kill a "zephyr". Good fun.

    Grappling and Multiple Attacks

So how would we handle something like this: Dragon is grappling someone at the beginning of it's turn. It uses an opposed grapple check to swallow the opponent. The dragon is now no longer grappled. I think we'd all agree that the dragon can still move, but can it take any other actions?

    Ring of regeneration = regeneration?

That ring could be good, but for 90K... I could imagine a very independant-survivalist character having one though - "pfah, no cleric for me, those intestines will be back to new by morning, that $%^& tarrasque should've known better"

    Grappling and Multiple Attacks

Unfortunately, I'd have to go for 1). The MM specifically states that a monsterdoes not get iterative attacks with it's BAB. It doesn't matter if it's inside or outside the grapple. If the giant octopus is grappled, it gets 1 grapple check per round (or one attack with a tentacle at -4)...

    Grappling and Multiple Attacks

1). Actually, the fighter can take the rest of his attacks. While grappling, you can use an attack to attempt to hit your opponent (at -4). Or you can make opposed grapple checks (which use up 1 attack) to do stuff. So your fighter, if grappled after his first attack, has 3 more chances to...

    Savage Species- Survivor PrC

Stats have nothing to do with it. The fort save 'bonus' for a 1st level fighter is +2. It doesn't matter what his con is, his bonus will always be +2, the actual save may change.

    Spell-like abilities and Arcane Strike.

There is no feat, and creating one would be a bad idea. Reason: several creatures have spell-like abilities usable at will - Like the balor's blasphemy. A balor with that feat would just burn from his infinite supply to add +8. Or even an illithid, burning up those Plane Shifts to melee it up.

    Best 6th level Spells

For sorc, I have to say, disentigrate is a must. Also, eventually, greater dispel, but proably you should wait and just switch some other 6th level spell for it at level 16 (per the sorcerer ability to switch out spells at every even level). Other than that, maybe play with mass suggestion or...

PC design help please, feats / skills ???

I'd go with paly. He has the relevant class skills (ride + concentration, which you'll want as high as possible) cha is good for saves (and for skills kensai gets a bonus to), gets smite evil, and can dual class freely to Kensai. For roleplaying, he also follows a code of honor, which fits in...

    Best 6th level Spells

Wall of force is just the beginning. Once your enemies get Forcecage and the interposing/grasping/crushing hand spells, you'll wish you had disentigrate as you sit out the entire encounter. Disentigrate is easily one of the best spells at that level. Not only is it a wizard-killer (I'll match...

    Question on prestige

Yes, the duelist gets 'precise strike' which grants him extra damage dice when using a light, one-handed weapon. However, it only goes up twice, eventually doing +2d6 at 10th level IIRC.

    Immunity to chaotic damage?

I don't think you need to be on the plane to use it. After all, it mentions not being affected by spells that affect characters of a certain alignment, such as unholy blight. I think it works wherever you are.

    Paralysis and Hold

Better than that, low-level ku-tua don't get paralyzed by your 7th level holy word spell... it says they are immune.

Dervish, Scimitar, Light Weapons and Grappling

Usually in that case, I would rule the weapon acts as light or not, depending on what the character needs. After all, doesn't this ability mean the Dervish is better than a normal character with the scimitar. On the other hand, I could see ruling that the dervish has a unique combat style that...

    Question on prestige

Invisible blade does, but you only get int bonus if you're not wearing armor, and you only get sneak attack if you're using a dagger, punching dagger, or kukri.
