No, I don't think so. When beserking you are going all out, becoming reckless. Sneak attack is supposed to be a well placed attack that does the most damage. I would think that swinging wildly would make it difficult to be accurate enough.

In the Epic Handbook it says that psions do not gain any more power points when they gain a level. Then the next sentence contradicts this and says thay get 34 power points per level. So which is it? Do they get an increase to their power points or not?

Didn't WotC do this with the Heroe Builder Guide book? It took each race and class combo and said if you want a swashbuckler do this, an archer do that... all with skills and feats from the 3 core books.
