I don't remember the name of it but I'm pretty sure there is a divine feat that allows you to add your CHA bonus to your shield's AC for a few number of rounds. If it does exist then it is in the Complete Fighter book along with 'Divine Might'.

What are your stats? If you have a good dex then the 'Champion of Correlon' in the 'Races of the Wild' would be a good way to go. That PrC allows you to wear full plate armor and still get the most out of your dexterity. Ysgarran.

The Correlon/Swashbuckler don't mesh perfectly. You don't get to add the int damage when you wear anything heavier than light. Still, as mentioned by Gabrion with the swashbuckler/fighter/corellon you get to spread damage boosting items between three different stats.

May not be optimal but I thought a Druid 3/Wizard 3/Beaster Master 1/Arcane Hieraphant X would be fun. The boost to the animal compinion that the beast master gives would be fun. later, Ysgarran.

Edit: I'm wrong, I didn't remember correctly. The example specifically spells it out. If I remember correctly, you only advance your wild shape ability in the Arcane Hierophant PrC if you already have the Wild Shape ability (i.e. you must be a fifth level druid). Ysgarran.
