Has a eunuch template been published?

Templets are something that fundementally changes a person in every way, such as being a half-mutt human or being infected with vampirism. Having your balls cutt off might change you, but you're not really different otherwise. You're a man with no balls.

    [PROPOSAL] The non-negative min-maxer: "Tweaker"

Here's what I propose. Munchkin applies to the most disruptive of gamers, taking power gaming and min/maxing to the hilt, creating characters who horde the spotlight and are good at everything possible, stuffing the other gamers into irrelevance (or closest thing to it). (If playing a...

    [PROPOSAL] The non-negative min-maxer: "Tweaker"

Every word ever uttered is also a slang word for sex and/or drugs. You can't carefully pick your words just because one word applies to a few morons out there.

Do you let players determine what some NPCs are like?

I get to attatched to the NPCs I make up for my character. Family, friends, lovers... that's one reason I never make any up in a game where I don't know the GM. I don't someone my character trusts fully to be truend against him.

    The Holding of Charges

As long as you continue to miss with the touch attack, the spell will not go off and you keep the charge. Just remember to dispel it before touching someone else if combat ends and you're still holding the charge.

Do you let players determine what some NPCs are like?

I could see that happening. If a player takes the time to detail out a few people, some he really trusts, I could see a naasty DM using that as a way to backstab a player. "Yes, the person you've been best friends with since you were 4 suddenly knocks you out and takes all your stuff...

    Making your own friends.

Aura is right. The clone is an object untill a soul is transfered into it, meaning you die. You can't kill an object. What you want to do is impossible by the rules. The -best- you could hope to come up with is a flesh golem if your DM would allow it.

Do you let players determine what some NPCs are like?

I've not seen any decenting oppinions yet... This strikes me odd, like some of the other threads I read here where GMs post they nearly always 100% positive towards the desires of the players. In all my years of playing, I've seen so few GMs do all the stuff they claim. Have I just been in...

Do you let players determine what some NPCs are like?

Ok, here's an expansion a bit on the question. What's the limits you would place on allowing your players to create NPCs. Do you let them stat and equip them, fully detail their backstories, allow them to play an important role in the story, allow them to show up in game, join the party, be...

A difference between low magic and rare magic?

Sounds like when you are refering to someone who is disabled as being "differently abled". I think that applies quite nicely when refering to low magic worlds. :) Crippled. I never have liked low magic worlds, to me its always seemed like a cheep cop-out on the part of the GM who doesn't want...

A difference between low magic and rare magic?

What is with this low magic world fad going on lately? I think low magic worlds are duller.

Do you let players determine what some NPCs are like?

I am playing in a game where I, as a player, am in a position where I've devolped a not insiginificant part of the world, and have decided how a few NPCs close to me act. My GM has been accepting of this, thankfully. He understands that it's part of my characters history and background to set...

    concentration, ready, the deabte

Readied actions happen before the triggering event starts, so basically as soon as he sees the other guy casting a fireball, he quickly spouts out his magic missle to interupt him. Read the rules for counter spells on page 170 of the PHB. While it's obvious you cannot counter a fireball with a...

What supplement would you really like to see Wizards produce?

Book of Infinite spells. Massive book that converts all those old 2ed Edition compendiums and whatnot to 3.5.

    3.5 Publications

Any WOTC product published after July 2003 would be 3.5 books, while those books published a few months before that should be somewhat simple to convert, since a lot of that material was written with the revisions in mind. Arms and Equipment Guide, for example, is a 3.0 book but the equipment...

Attack types with different ranges in full attack

Does the PHB define a primary hand in the book, saying that you have to decide at character creation which hand is always primary? I have always been under the impression you choose whenever you wish which hand is primary and which is secondary (off-hand).

Synergy gives unnamed bonuses, so they always stack as long as they come from different sources.
