I hate to say this, Neurotic, but Finnian's caster level is 11 which would require a 22 to dispel. :.-( I was hoping something would work to let you neutralize Finnian. He is not the most effective combatant of the group, but he does know how to survive and make it painful to attack him. :uhoh:
