    I really don't get what's HD...

Ah. The Summoned undead are controled under the Conjouration(Summoning) rules, not the Animate Dead spell rules, nor the Rebuke rules. Which means an Undead summoned by way of Summon Undead doesn't count towards your control limit at all. Which is fair, seeing as how a Summoned undead will be...

All 9th level maneuvers from Bo9S?

Yeah. Gestalt, and the Master of Nine PrC. And it only worked at 20th.

    Looking for survivability options

Let's see... if you're hitting 6th soon, you may consider a level of Monk. Hear me out: Combined with Ascetic Mage (Complete Adventurer), that gives you Charisma to AC... and if you keep your Sorcerer side "pure", then you get full Monkish AC bonuses as well. Would be a very nice boost for you...

Wall that dispel magic can negate

Permanent Wall of Fire... and if the same guy that made the wall is the same guy that made the scroll, you even have a justification (although tenuous) for the "no roll required" bid, as you can automatically dispel your own spells.

    Magical Sensor of Scrying spell

Well, if you're using Arcane Eye, Clairaudience/Clairvoyance, Clairvoyant Sense, or similar non-target scrying effects, and you're looking for things on the material plane, then if you hop on over to The Ethereal Plane and use your scrying sensor from that plane, you can see the material plane...

It's in the section on reading the spells, specifically duration. Here

    Greater Teleport item?

I'm not familiar with one, no. However, the Cape of the Monteback gives you Dimension Door 1/day, which has no arrival error. It's an extra step, but Teleport to a very nearby location, followed by Dimension Door on-schedule to the exact point, gets the basic effect that you're after if not...

Magic Item that offers 1 shot protection?

Maybe look up Fortunate Fate from the Spell Compendium. It's essentially a Contingent Heal.

    Werewolf Druid building advice

Not quite what I meant - the Shapeshift Druid Alternate Class Feature in the PHB II, pages 39-41. At-will shifting, as a Swift action, gives you enhancement bonuses to stats, natural weapons, movement modes, and removes your equipment and casting while active... but it's at-will, and it's...

    Werewolf Druid building advice

From a power perspective, as a Druid, you don't want the LA or RHD. Play a regular Druid, and use a Wolf form a lot. Play a shapeshift variant Druid and flavor the forms as a Wolfish. But from a power perspective, when playing a Full Caster, you don't want LA or RHD (unless they're free - if...

Spells (+1 level of existing class) and Mystic Thurge/Arcane Heirophant ect

Well, if you didn't do something like that, the Wizard-3/Cleric-3/Mystic Theurge-1 would be casting as a Wizard-13/Cleric-3 or a Cleric-13/Wizard-3 (by applying one of the Mystic Theurge's +1's to Mystic Theurge). Do 7th level spells at character level 7 seem broken to you?

    Warshaper immunity to criticals.. unfair?

Well, a simple Blurr spell will make you immune to sneak attack (at least, against anyone without True Seeing - and Obscurring Mist will stop even that), and sneak attack doesn't multiply on a critical anyway. Considering that Warshaper gives up full casting to take levels in the PrC, it's not...

    A double Forcecage question

Yes (as he has line of effect through the bars) and Yes (because the Barred version of Forcecage specifies it provides cover, and he's making an attack roll), but he's targeting touch AC on a ... what, Huge? ... immobile object, so even with the Cover, he's only going to be missing on a nat-1...

Righteous Wrath of the Faithful question?

No, because the demon is not the target of the spell, just of the sword. Sorta like how you can disintegrate the ground underneath the golem, even though the Disintegrate spell won't touch the golem itself.

Level Adjustment Buyoff for a Cohort

Why yes, it can be abused to almost double your available XP pool for crafting.

Level Adjustment Buyoff for a Cohort

The XP formula for Cohorts means that they don't catch up by default. There's an exception, though: If you spend XP, and your cohort doesn't, the cohort will eventually catch up. So while your cohort may fall a level due to LA buyoff, if you spend XP crafting, you'll advance faster (because...

Does an Imp get any benefit from his alternate form?

In a case of hot dogs? No. In a case of operation instructions where the two statements come from different branches of the company, and explicit, repeatedly published overarching company policy says that the branch that released the 2007 statement always takes priority over the branch that...

Does an Imp get any benefit from his alternate form?

Question: Where do you get the "Most recent source trumps" bit from? Cool.

Does an Imp get any benefit from his alternate form?

According to the Rules Compendium, the Rules Compendium is the final word. According to the header on every single piece of errata for the DMG, PHB, and MMI, the DMG, PHB, and MMI are the final word.

Does an Imp get any benefit from his alternate form?

A wizard using Permanency on Detect Invisibility isn't particularly uncommon. True Seeing doesn't even have the option. That'd be one use. Mostly, though, I'm thinking it's so that when you've got Improved Familiar (Imp), you can pretend to have a normal familiar.
