How to make gloves of endless javelin finessable?

Nope. All ranged attack rolls use dexterity on attack rolls (unless otherwise specified, of course). Damage is still based on strength in the case of thrown weapons, but the attack roll is very much dexterity. True. Class features definitely do skew things.

How to make gloves of endless javelin finessable?

Why would you need to? Ranged attacks already use dexterity by default. What good does weapon finess do you?

D&D 3.x How many free actions do you get per round (3.5)?

That is correct. Any hard number would cause problems under some circumstance. Too low, and the ranger can't actually make a full attack with a bow (free action to draw an arrow). Too high, and you've got the funny business with mounting and dismounting a line of mules to get a character...

    Scroll Question Help!

The spell vanishes off the scroll, leaving blank parchment in that section. Relevent SRD entry: (emphasis added)

375*3. However, the intent of most random generation tables are that you roll on the spell list three times to get three different spells....

    Magical Manufacturing

Or do it in a particularly sizable city, yes. If you get 10,000 customers a day, at 5 cp/customer, that's 500 gp/day. In a single year, that's 182,500 gp.... ...if you can get 10,000 customers a day doing this. The real money, however, comes in when you start hiring people to make trade...

    Magical Manufacturing

That depends on the deity, and whether it's more of an eastern or western style. Besides: Most soup kitchens are run by religious organizations anyway.... Wall of Stone and Stone Shape, or Wall of Stone and Fabricate; don't use Polymorph Any Object, as you don't want it being dispelled.

    Magical Manufacturing

Heh. Potentially, yes. Any spell you like can go in there, as far as what little rules there are for magic device traps are concerned. Summon Monster Y, Summon Nature's Ally Z, Summon Elemental Swarm, whatever. However, when speaking along the lines of beneficial spells, the general thing to...

    Magical Manufacturing

Well... if you want to do mass manufacturing, you don't do it as a spell, you do it as a Timed automatic reset magic device trap of the spell you want. That said: Given the Craft Rules as they stand in D&D, someone who can reliably spit out a 1,650 gp set of masterwork full plate once a day (a...

Totally doable. I'd have to double check the durations on some of those, but for the most part, you want to double-check and make sure that all involved spells are Instant, rather than Permanent. Negative on the Major Creation for gold dust for Wall of Iron - Major Creation "functions like...

using wish against the party - what does a dm wish for?

Personality of the cultist reigns supreme, here. From an "immediate service" perspective, either Wish in a bunch of allies, or Wish away the invaders. One creature per caster level, SR or Will negates... which means while he could Wish the entire party somewhere ... unpleasant... as it's DC 24...

    Fixing the Sorc.

The 3.0 wording was different (3.5 used a boilerplate spells section, where the first sentance was just a slightly modified echo of the same thing, while 3.0 had them all done individually), but the distinction has been there since the 3.0 PHB, which is the first work on the subject in 3.X. 3.0...

    Fixing the Sorc.

That's not quite what I meant. Source please. I've been quoting the work under debate. And you clearly didn't read the entire argument, as I also noted that "primarily" is reinforced later on in the text with a sentence unique to the Sorcerer. Additionally, Sorcerers (and Bards) are handled...

Per day, not known: "A specialist wizard can prepare one additional spell of her specialty school per spell level each day." Please elaborate: Where do you get the "dependent on what is dropped by someone that has done the work for them" and the "This doesn't say they can do it themselves"?

    Fixing the Sorc.

Right. That's what they can do now. Take a look at the Bard's spells entry: "A bard casts arcane spells, which are drawn from the bard spell list. " And the Cleric's Spells entry: "A cleric casts divine spells, which are drawn from the cleric spell list." And Druid: "A druid casts divine...

    Fixing the Sorc.

They can do that now. How is poorly-defined, but they're the only spellcaster which includes the modifier "primarily" when describing what spell list they draw their spells known from in the class description. They're also worded very differently from other classes in the spell acquisition...

What would happen if all the Demon Lords and Devil Lords were killed?

Depends on the edition, and how the outsider got to where it is. In some, you can't really kill an outsider unless you kill it on it's home plane. In the rest, you can totally kill an outsider... unless it was Summoned (as opposed to Called, Teleported, or any other non-Summoning way of...

What would happen if all the Demon Lords and Devil Lords were killed?

Yeah... the infinities involved do not have clearly defined orders to them (each layer of the nine hells are defined as infinite... but the semi-defined 'infinite' layers of the abyss (not necessarily infinite, though, as it's said there are 666 of them... which may or may not be accurate) are...
