Something to consider; with thrown weapons, you can take both rapid shot and the TWF chain of feats for a very large number of attacks. Combine it with rogue for sneak attack damage and you'll be inflicting a lot of hurt.

It's the Web Enhancement to PHBII. It can seriously change your character (as in different race/class), but the power level of characters who draw stays more or less the same.

I'm pretty sure it's not. Unlike Wizards other maps, the dungeon tiles don't have a "Permission granted to photocopy for personal use only" attached to them. Might still fall under fair use though; I'm not sure.

Why the ban on greater two weapon fighting? I've never heard anyone call it overpowered.

Artificer proably comes closest. In straight combat he can't stand up to others of "his level" (i.e. other super heroes) but with preperation he can stand against just about anyone.
