Not sure about a paladin, but blackguard sounds good. Maybe some Monk levels for the unarmed combat to go with the Smite Good power. Taint, to me, says really funky nasty touch spell Or.... You might want to look into the Oozemaster prestige class in MoW Or... A combo of the above.

Hmmmm.... It's been a while since I read the books, but I'm sure he was the hero.....reluctant anti-hero, maybe....but I have no clue how someone could mistake him for a villain.

Here's an idea: Since there are so many reports about what's going wrong with the corporate beancounters at Hasbro.... Why don't we send a mass petition or letter to the "powers that be"? Let's make them aware of what our opinions really are. I'm sure many of the top folks at WoTC check out...

Sounds to me like you have a lot of Chaotic Neutral renegades in your group.....with a touch of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder for the acronym-impaired). I'm not sure I would want to DM for players that "ruin" my campaign. Especially if they got "mad" because of one PC death...

All I do is DM now..... <SIGH> :( So I always run it in my homebrew, but some elements are always yoinked from the various settings (especially Iron Kingdoms....love that steampunk).

I highly agree....this is FANTASY A combination of the 2....for the ones that involve the core races (like 1/2 elf), I'd prefer an actual race. For the weird stuff, templates. I did read the Asgard article. Some well thought out concepts, but I wasn't sure I liked it too much.

Since we have a thread asking about other types of 1/2 races, let's get your vote on which 1/2 races you'd like to see. I like the mul a lot in Dark Sun, but my favorite has got to be 1/2 giant, since I played one for many years (in Greyhawk, though)
