If you are planning on filling those bookshelves with gaming books, don't skimp on the hinge quality. Fully loaded, you could be looking at over 200 lbs of books. I could easily see a prefab kit or a DIYer overlooking that detail and trapping someone when the hinges bend or wear away...

I had high hopes for pathfinder, but a few key issues really killed things for me. One of the biggest was removing area dispel from Dispel Magic. Then on top of that, having Dispel Magic only effect one spell killed one of the few failsafes against overbuffing.

I'd rather pay Minecraft on a multiplayer server than play a game of 3.5E, Exalted or 4E. Single player minecraft makes the world feel way too empty after a few dozen hours of play.

Full disclosure, I haven't looked at much shadowrun since the 90's, So I'll ask... Are new Shadowrun Editions minor upgrades and improvements like Chaosiums Call of Cthulhu / AD&D 1E to 2E or are they whole rebuilds of the game like AD&D2e to D&D3E / D&D3.5 to D&D4E.
