Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

^ win The psion had the gall to be complaining about exactly what Streamofthesky anticipated. Kudos to Stream for his divination roll. :p tell me why I'm trying too hard to like this person.

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Well I don't really think that needs to be said. IM NOT THE one planning to f*k around with the other players' gameplay. nuff said. Im not mad though. :p Thanks alot for the help.

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

If you would just elaborate on what this "trouble" might possibly entail, so that I could research specific aspects of the character. I find it strange that the person would select a class that gives psionic dominate at a later level than the psion class, especially considering that dominate is...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Alright new development. Let me post my correspondence with the DM. Psion is 5 levels of erudite and 5 levels of thrallherd. I am assuming that he will likely have dominate and focus on it. Also, being an outsider might be overkill (you are still allowed as long as its from any of the books we...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Is it just me or does this thread totally negate any will to use the occult slayer class at all? http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141937 What do you think of playing as an Outsider Native it would force the Psion to expend a large amount of power points to dominate me and would...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Well this still sucks balls because even if he just dominates two people, he can have them dominated for 5 days (considering he would now be at level 10, insofar as there is no level adjustment for psions, something that I have yet to confirm) and still have 75 power points left over. :rant...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

With regards to psionic powers, could you provide an answer to the following: 4. If you spend 1 additional power point, this power’s duration is 1 hour rather than concentration. If you spend 2 additional power points, this power’s duration is 1 day rather than concentration. If you spend 4...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Hello everyone. New development. The vampire will now be playing a Psion. However, everything else remains relatively the same with regards to his style of play. Does this change the situation in any way you might be able to provide advice for? Other than the now limited number of times he can...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Thanks for the sample progression. I'm understanding better now. So you're also predicting future growth (duh) I think I'll talk to my DM about these builds. Sounds like fun. ~DM: Your knowledge check wasn't high enough. So...you know that it's a giant and that it's firey...hmm...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

It just seems as though there are far too many levels for a lv10 character. I see what appears to be two builds one with 5 levels and one with 15. :S is there a level adjustment on human paragon?

    ^This also I don't quite get parinho's post.

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

Thank you for the replies. Sorry for omitting the party level. We are at level 10. I had the haste spell, but seem to have difficulty finding it useful at all. Like I said, the other people keep forgetting about my buffs :erm: It didn't seem to work for the scout ranger who is an archer. He uses...

Class that would complement a Scout/Ranger, Barbarian, Cleric and Vampire

I was playing as a Bard, but it's an ill-fitting class for this particular party. I don't have enough experience to be able to adapt my style of play to this party so I'm relying on more experienced players to give me their advice. I was thinking a striker might be good, or perhaps a sorceror. I...
