I do think this would be cool. And would love to see it promoted and announced as being released in around 2 years so the game has some time to breath and creators/players have time to learn what is and isn’t working.

Really?? I would’ve said the early 2020’s were a “cool” time for D&D. It was the first time my non-D&D friends started asking about it and a few bought in. And one of those guys for SURE was on the “what a bunch of losers” bandwagon before that.

I’d be cool with a “Elfsong Tavern’s Tables, Treasures and Tips” Random tables for PC’s and DM’s. A whole slew of magical items and weapons. And a bunch of tips that could include alternate ways to approach rules depending on who is at your table.

I have a couple buddies that come over tonight and we play a small 1 minute qtr Madden tournament. Used to be an all Saturday afternoon and night event but that was 20 years ago and families and life and people moving has cut it to a small group that starts at 8pm 😂

Agree with this. We have a lot of outlets for fighting monsters with the number of video games that are out now. This is a really cool idea. When you do this and throw a handful of monsters on the table do you also put a "general level of difficulty" on the monsters printout or just a picture of the monster?

Just snagged the main sourcebook and this thread has me super excited to give it a try! (anyone have a suggestion for character sheet or is it more fun to let each person make their own on a blank sheet of paper? I was surprised they didn't have a template in the book)
