D&D 5E (2014) Mike Schley hints at something bigger than Phandelver, The Book of Many Things, and even Planescape!

The Elden Ring hand creatures freaked me out, and they were ambush predators.

I thought the hand and eye monsters were cool. I'd be very happy if they made a come back that would be bad ass.

WotC WotC Adds 'Partnered Content' to DnDBeyond--Starting With Critical Role's Tal’dorei Campaign Setting

I always wanted to make a campaign out Gensis' The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway. Your campaign setting sounds very interesting.

    D&D 5E (2014) Companion thread to 5E Survivor - Sourcebooks & Campaign Settings

I only down votes Eberron because I know nothing about it and have no ties to it. Sad to see Wildmount go. I agree Tasha’s was a turning point, one I wasn't enthusiastic about but seems to becoming standard for ASIs and such.

D&D 5E (2024) Oh Ye of Little FAITB

Same, but with my family game with the kids, oh they remember and remind me every time.

D&D 4E Ben Riggs' "What the Heck Happened with 4th Edition?" seminar at Gen Con 2023

4e history always interests me. I mean, I was there when it launched. I didn't follow it up until launch so when I saw it on store shelves I was going in completely blind.

WotC Jeremy Crawford Interview: High level play. By Christian Hoffer

I have yet to DM high level 5e but I want to. Most of our games naturally come to an end in the 10-12 level range. I thought about doing a one shot at higher levels. Probably run the Vecna one shot from Dndbeyond.

WotC Jeremy Crawford Interview: Playtests from experimental to focused. By Christian Hoffer at GenCon.

You can call me out if you like. I was merely making an observation. I'll try to internet better in future post.

I didn't call anyone out by name because I don't really remember who said what or what side they were on. I was just reflecting on how the playtest has been playing out around here.

WotC Jeremy Crawford Interview: Playtests from experimental to focused. By Christian Hoffer at GenCon.

Yeah there seems to be a tonal shift in outrage. I remember at the start of the play test people swore up and down it was an edition change and how catastrophic that would be. Now it's not enough, and they should have just did an edition change and catastrophic it's going to be because it's not...

WotC WotC Adds 'Partnered Content' to DnDBeyond--Starting With Critical Role's Tal’dorei Campaign Setting

I wished I would have gotten the bundle. I didn't think I'd be using Beyond as much as do and now I can't really see going back. It just makes running the game easier for me.

WotC WotC Adds 'Partnered Content' to DnDBeyond--Starting With Critical Role's Tal’dorei Campaign Setting

That's awesome! I have the book and it's a very well put together setting book. This furthers my belief that CR is not going to drop 5e any time soon.

    D&D 5E (2014) D&D 5e Post-Mortem

Just curious, what are we missing on the DM side of things? I've seen multiple people comment there's no DM support. I'm definitely not saying anyone is wrong, I personally just haven't run into any issues yet.

The great thing about D&D is ine could add more gore and sex in the game if they wanted it. WotC doesn't have to do it for anyone.
