OOC: In general I don't worry about small feats like that for big time heroes as long as they fall into the action nicely. It's when things are done creatively that I want to see something rolled.

I like the core book rule, but then I'm more conservative. I also like the idea of pushing a device too far beyond its limits, and it not being easy to fix.

OOC: Sorry guys. I was out of town for the weekend and came back to a small wildfire. Worked an eight hour day then they called me back at 8:30 PM-8:30 AM. Took me a few days to recover. The three heroes attack and have an obvious impact. The Juggernaut fires at Ghost again, but misses.
