You may have missed it but Evangelicals aren't quite stuck in the 1980s anymore and have had enough enthusiasm with Biblical Archaeology to accept Jesus wouldn't be some pale skinned European dude.

I look at that opening fiction and I hope that militia either has a cannon or some sort of magically accelerated and hardened bolt, or perhaps even just a super fireball, to blast through whatever mechanical monstrosity or vehicle has been built.

Regarding the Spheres stuff, I'm kind of confused on which books have been updated or consolidated. I know Ultimate Spheres of Power consolidated/updated a bunch of books together, but were there any similar updated compilations made for the other Spheres stuff?

Yeah but beyond deadly combat, the overall tone of the setting is hardly bleak or grimdark or anything.

Wasn't it mentioned somewhere both settings can connect with each other somehow? I found Dragon Heresy wasn't that grim. I kind of feel, as nice as this is, that it would also be nice to see something other than yet another Norse or Greek/Roman-themed setting. They've gotten a bit overused I feel.

That feels a little flimsy for a connection. It's like daying because you saw the Millennium Falcon in the background of a Star Trek movie or episode, that the two settings are connected.

It was for Pathfinder, and here was a review on it by Endzeitgeist. Called Snow White. Sadly it looks like it hasn't come out for 5e. EDIT: Seems like Amazon offers a cheaper deal for it.
