That makes sense with Ghosts of Dragonspear Castle being slotted in as the fifth Sundering Adventure. I like the regional focus of most of the adventures; Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, etc. I hope they keep that format up for awhile.

I guess is don't get this. Why shouldn't they have different pacing? The party with the healer and the party without have essentially decided to play different styles of game and the session pacing should/could reflect that. The players of the parties have decided to play different character...

You mean 2012 when support for 4E was winding down and the Playtest launching? As opposed to 2014 the 40th anniversary year at the advent of a new edition. Apples, meet oranges. Isn't just exhausting to nitpick and bellyache so thoroughly about something you supposedly like?

i LOVE this idea and wonder if it's kind of the format they're following? Tyranny of Dragons will be the reintroduction of the Realms and we'll get new, similar "events" annually for each setting?

I wonder how many people got hooked on D&D thanks to Dragonlance? I certainly did. What at an opportune time to release some material or make an announcement of some sort.

Anybody out there running Dragonspear Castle for their home group? If you have, do you have any tips or resources? I'll be running it later in the month.

How helpful would materials from the old "Under Illefarn" and "The North" be when running Dragonspear?

Well-written but very personalized review. Too many, "I like to...", "I want...", and "I don't want..." for an objective review, but well-written and thorough.

I was just wondering, the way my gaming schedule works is I get to run a session every other month or so, my question is do you think the way the adventure is broken into stages will help with ready-made "breaks" between our sessions?

So we have Murder in Baldur's Gate coming out in a few weeks and Legacy of the Crystal Shard in November. Has there been any word about further Sundering adventures: how many and when they're being released? I'm just curious because we have release dates for the Sundering Novels through Book V...
