    Harassment At PaizoCon 2017

While this thread has certainly devolved into baseless speculation and talking past others, if anyone is interested, BJ Hensley posted a comment on her Facebook page on 10/26. In her post, she talks about "many good men" in the industry. She cites that the list is not a complete list but ones...

Starfinder Starfinder's Sutter Leaves Paizo; Butler Joins (In A Different Role)

Unless you can cite a source, this just seems like trolling. Paizo just had their largest release/launch success at Gen Con with Starfinder. They brought the most product they had ever brought to a Gen Con and it sold out before the end of the first day. Pathfinder continues to sell well and...

Pathfinder 1E Classes with heavy armor proficiency

Magus is the only one that I can think of that has a class ability/option that works towards it. Magus starts with Light Armor and progresses to Medium and ultimately Heavy, if that class option is selected. (Again, going from memory.)

New GM: Dragon/Fantasy AGE or Shadow of the Demon Lord?

I'm looking for some pros/cons based on actual play experiences. I run multiple Pathfinder campaigns for my kids and their friends and generally, I’m very content being the GM. Occasionally, however, I get the itch to be on the other side of the screen. My oldest son is interested in running...

    Pathfinder 1E Halp.

So a few suggestions: Focus on having fun, engaging your players, and having a decent story that worrying too much about the structure of levels, encounters, etc. All of that additional detail can be worked in over time as you become more proficient with the rules. In the Core Rulebook, there...

New Releases In Stores This (ok, last...) Week : 27th February 2017

Actually, the gripes were about the power bloat introduced by WotC's numerous splats, something that Paizo has worked hard against since the rpg's launch via open playtests. But hey, if you have to try and ding Paizo just for releasing multiple lines to feel good about WotC, I guess you have to...

[UPDATED] Green Ronin Finds Religion In D&D 5E's BOOK OF THE RIGHTEOUS

Yes, and I'd still like a Pathfinder version. The BotR is one of my RPG favorites and a treasure of my collection. A straight port probably wouldn't offer significant differences, but PF has evolved steadily on its own and there is new design space that could apply to a PF-version of BotR...

    Pathfinder News From GAMA

You’re projecting – a lot. CotCT regularly polls near the top of the list of favorite APs when the question comes up on Paizo forums. It is far from “adequately received”. How are lower cost versions of the CRB & Bestiary a bad thing? Whether as table copies or entry-level books, they’ll be...

Horror & Intrigue: PATHFINDER Releases Of 2016

Um, no. How about "I just wish 5e players would be happy with WotC's approach and let Pathfinder players and Paizo have their own fun."?

    Do You Want Immersive Roleplay?

Yes, absolutely. Immersion is one of the primary things that set RPGs apart from other games. Without it, the game is reduced to a complicated boardgame. It can still be fun, but it doesn't hold a candle to games/sessions where the immersion is there. If we just want a beer-n-pretzel...
