We came up with a banking system, so we didn't have to carry everything on us at all times. However, this did cause issues if we needed money/had too much to carry when we were far from a city.

When we bought this house, one of my requirements was that it had to have room for a library. Every few years, we have to purge some of our books (It happens when you buy dozens each year.), but I am picky about it. Too frequently, I have found myself rebuying a set years later.

I keep everything in binders, frequently using folders as well. I have a Google Drive document to keep track of our progress, but none of us are good at keeping up with it.
