Our whole group was very surprised Blade Cascade as it was written made it through to final rules. I guess that is what they get for using free playtesters...once the paying masses got there hands on it this was revealed :) ...this and the pint of oil!

I'd say you can use it twice per encounter (later three times). The feat says you get to use the "power" once per day, but the power itself is usable twice in the encounter just only once per round of course. The feat is just turning an encounter power into a daily one. I think seeing further...
